categories fixes

header for categories should take you into "more" which displays all the categories. Add more link that takes you into all categories. add sandwich to frontpage, add seafood into available categories on recipe, add "all" to take you into add log. Put dates to the recipe categories and figure out which is next and auto display that.

Does anyone else have any comments on making the categories section on the left side better?
